Project Overview
Council has been successful in securing $5 million from The Victorian Government through the Department of Jobs, Precincts and Regions to deliver the Portland Foreshore Multipurpose Facility. As an integral part of the Portland Foreshore Master Plan, this project will see the design and construction of a two-storey facility that will replace the existing Yacht Club and Angling Club buildings and provide club rooms, two commercial outlets, as well as function spaces and meeting rooms available for community use.
The project will be completed in two stages. The first stage, being the design of the building and then the second being the construction. It is due for completion in 2024.

We are pleased to announce that the design of the building has commenced. As part of the design process we will look to share the concept plan with the community once received:
