Are you part of ‘our Portland CBD traffic’ including vehicles, wheelchairs, pedestrians, cyclists, e-mobility, e-bikes and or e-scooters?
Council initially sought your input on traffic concerns in August 2024, we now present the draft outcomes of that consultation in the DRAFT Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) plan for your further input.
This is your opportunity to help make our traffic network safer by commenting on the DRAFT Local Area Traffic Management plan for Portland CBD/ Medical precinct.
TAC provided Glenelg Shire Council with a grant to:
Review all types of traffic in the Portland CBD / Medical Precinct
To do a Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) plan with key design improvements that includes consideration to safer speed zones/ roads/ paths/ linkages and intersections.
Council will use this further input to finalise the reports LATM plan outcomes and provide a prioritised framework that can inform and support future grant applications and or works.
