This page is to inform the community of enquiries received to lease the land located at 5a-6a Dusting Court, Portland (approx. 3.70ha).

This land is located in Low Density Residential Zone with an eastern portion covered by the Floodway Overlay.

Any proposed lease agreement will be subject to relevant planning permits and approval processes.

Should you have any enquiries, wish to express your interest in leasing this land or alternatively should you have any objections to the proposed leasing of this land please complete the attached submission form, providing details by 5pm, Friday 7 July 2023.
