Play Your Way project Participant Survey

This survey will be used to assist both the Australian Sports Commission and Glenelg Shire Council's Recreation Team to identify the impact and sustainability of the funded Play Your Way project. 

Please provide answers to this survey related to the participant in the Come & Try event, whether this was as a grade 3 or 4 student, sport volunteer, other volunteer, or school representative.

If you are under 16, this survey should be completed by, or with the help of a parent or guardian.

All responses will remain anonymous and only be shared with the Australian Sports Commission and Glenelg Shire Council representatives for project evaluation and potential future activity delivery purposes.
