2025 Children's Services Family Satisfaction Survey

Join the conversation and share your thoughts about the strengths of our programs and services, and areas where you think that improvements could be made. Your feedback will help shape the ongoing service at our centres across the Shire.

To ensure we capture a diverse range of views about our services more than one (1) family member can complete the survey and we encourage families to invite children to help you answer the questions.

The survey is not compulsory and all questions are optional. Following the close of the survey, we will review the feedback and provide you with a report about what we heard.

Survey responses can be submitted online or by hard copy (drop into your local Kindergarten or Education & Care service) and will be accepted up until the close of business on Friday October 17 2025.
